Whelhilmina Lennox formerly residing in Langholm was buried 28/3/1833. Hearse used.
The 1851 census shows Mungo Lennox 79 farmer of 70 acres wife Wilhelmina (Reid) son Mungo a granddaughter a female servant and a farm labourer/ Mungo died in 1855 and son Mungo took over.
The 1861 census for Longholm shows Mungo Lennox 58 farmer of 110 acres assisted by his niece 34yrs old Wilhelmina Jamieson working as his housekeeper. Wilhelmina Jamieson 8yrs and John Jamieson 5yrs are also living there.
The 1871 census shows Mungo Lennox 68 farming Longholm with his niece Wilhelmina Jamieson 46 still there as housekeeper, his great-nephew John Jamieson 15 working as a farm servant and great niece Wilhelmina Jamieson 17yrs employed as a dairymaid.
1881 census has Mungo Lennox 78 farming 100 acres arable employing 2 men and 3 women. Wilhelmina Jamieson 47 is his housekeeper and niece, and great niece Wilhelmina Jamieson 26 is dairymaid. They also have a domestic, Agnes Gibson 16.

The 1891 census shows that Langholm is now being farmed by John Jamieson 35 and his wife Bella B. (Brown) 30 and their children Mungo L. 10, Annie D. 8, and Wilhelmina G. 4. They also employ 1 female domestic servant and Andrew Jamieson 13 who is a servant.
The 1901 census shows Langholm still being farmed by John Jamieson 45 assisted by his wife Isabella 46, son Mungo L. 20, dtr Wilhelmina G. 14, dtr Jeanie B. 8, dtr Isabella B.B., 1 dairymaid and 1 female general servant.
