High Park Farm, New Cumnock

Location
Scotlands Places of 1855/57 describes High Park as a farm house and offices occupied by John Kerr, the property of Mr Guthrie.
The original High Park was on a bend of the farm road. Only the outline of the farm buildings and enclosure remain as can be seen comparing the OS first edition with the satellite view. The modern day photograph lower down this post shows a newer farm steading built further up the farm road.
