1851 Agnes farming 25 acres with her family.
1861 Hugh Sharp retired farmer with wife Margaret. Hugh retired here from Muirdyke. The census states that Margaret is farming 107 acres while Hugh is retired. Muirdyke is connected to Hillhouse, so it would be logical that the extra acreage was from there, or Burnside on the other side of Hillhouse, occupied by their son James.
