Census
There are no census records for any occupation of the house at Dejore.  Robert Young, from the Valuation Roll, lives at Dalrympleston in 1851.
 In 1861, Robert Young 27, is at Barskimming Mains.
  
Search of Scotlands Places
In the Land Tax Rolls for 1917 The proprietors of lands include Robert J. Dunlop, and he owns the farms of  "Pant, Barskimming Mains, Barskimming House etc". and a footnote to the document states that " Mr Robert J Dunlop accepts liability for Heritor's assessment for lands of Dejore"

The website House and Heritage entry for Barskimming House states that in August 1918 the Barskimming estate at Mauchline in Ayrshire was sold.....land was bought by Robert Jack Dunlop, shipowner, who had already bought the mansion house and grounds from the trustees of John Meikle."
