'TODFAULDS may be a reference to TOD FAULD, below Benbeoch. This was where the covenanters Joseph Wilson, John Jamison and John Humphrey sought refuge before they were finally caught and martyred on Corsegelloch Hill. Sadly the name has now been totally anglicised and appears in modern maps as FOX PARK.'
