......divide the same equally amongst Robert Wear in Sunnyside, James Wear in Little Sykeside, David Wear mason in Cumnock, William Wear and Thomas Wear and the said John Wear my sons and daughters. John eldest son and heir shall have sale right and title to the tack of Auchengibbert. Annuity to Janet Howatson.
